NOTES: Great to play at a House Party for our good friend Step, with Will on bass and our first encounter with Martin. Lots of party chatter adds a nice backdrop for some meandering jams…

NOTES: After a long break we happened to be free on the same night …  with Will on bass… A nice set of recordings, particularly 1&2; 1) an upbeat vamp with an interesting riffy twist about midway, 2) a meandering exploration of contrasting forms (starts slow and visits some very different places), 3) a faux-jazz Klezmeresque fusion, 4) Fugal Blues (my favourite of the evening) steady flowing lamenting
